我的博客前一段时间很久没更新，因为我做膝关节手术住院了，出院之后口腔溃疡又发作，非常痛苦。同时还有上呼吸道感染。这一系列的问题，现在主要是口腔溃疡，让我吃不了饭，讲不了话，让我做什么事都没什么心情。之前的什么计划都落下了，没做的事情一大堆。

What I have done yesterday
Recently，I have noticed there were some English readers visited my blog, so I decided to write some English post. This will also help me to practice my English writing.
